Remember remember the 5th November,

Gunpowder treason and plot.

We see no reason why gunpowder treason,

should ever be forgot…

Whizz poop bang, its that time of year again when bonfires and fire works light up our skies, and roasting marshmallows and sucking on toffee apples fill up our tums!!!! I love a good fire works display with the warmth of the bonfire heating up cherry cheek faces, a little hand cupped in yours with a slight fear and enjoyment of what is to come. Eyes a wide with wonder and amazement at the colours and the sounds when the spectacular painting, adorned with glitter, is drawn in the skies for us. The ‘oooooo’s’ and the ‘wows’ and the ‘ahhhhh’s’ make it all a night to remember…(even if for all the wrong reasons, because someone called Guy just happened to want to blow up our king and the houses of parliament with him, but got caught and now we celebrate that?!) But I’ll take a celebration and an excuse for fun and go with it…Below are a couple of lovely art activities you might want to do this weekend to get into the bonfire night mood.
