So you spend 10 days with your in laws over Christmas in a magic Scottish home, where love and laughter ripple through the rooms…you then come across a truly special girl who just happens to have the same name as you, is the most 
wonderful friend and auntie to my 3 little boys. There she is auntie bum, deciding, despite the fridges, larders, freezes being filled to the brim with food a chocolate cheesecake is now on the menu!!!!
So she sets to making something so totally delicious and perfectly yummy…
