Love this sweet little Christmas craft idea…So simple and easy to make.
what you need…
- card
- christmas tree stencil, can be any size
- pencil
- scissors
- green paint
- paintbrush
- glitter
what to do…
- depending on the age of your child you may need to help draw around the stencil
- draw around the christmas tree stencil onto card, twice
- cut around the drawn christmas trees
- on one christmas tree cut from the top down to half way
- on the other christmas tree cut from the centre of the base up to half way
- (basically, so you can slot both christmas trees together to form a stand alone tree)
- paint both christmas tree cut outs front and back in green paint, and sprinkle as much glitter as you can all over
- leave to dry
- once dried, slot the two christmas trees together to form your 3D shape
into a little dream adventure…
- this could be the perfect decoration: whether its free standing or a hanging decoration which is easily achieved by threading some ribbon through the top of it.
- you could also send it as a gorgeous handmade christmas card
