mothers day poem

Sometimes when you get discouraged,image
Because I am so small,
And always leave my finger prints,
On furniture and walls.
But everyday I’m growing up,
I’ll be a grown up someday,
And all those tiny handprints,
Will surely fade away.
So here’s a little handprint,
Just so you can re call,
Exactly how my fingers looked,
When i was very small.

then into a little dream adventure…

  • buy some flowers!!!
  • allow the mummy of the house a lie in, and breakfast in bed!!!
  • take your family out for lunch!!!
  • buy her a beauty treatment, gift vouchers or wow her with some jewellery!!!
  • don’t let her lift a finger towards any form of housework!!!
  • do the kiddies homework with them
  • hug her and say she’s more amazing than anything you could quite possibly ever imagine…
  • don’t check your iphone or emails for a whole day!!!
  • bath the kiddies and put them to bed and prefably reading them a story about why mummy’s are brilliant, for example ‘my mummy’ by Paula Metcalfe and Lucy Barnard
  • any or all of the above will just make that mummy so happy…and that’s all she could ever wish for ♥
