The nights are drawing in and before we know it we’ll be putting the clocks back and coming face to face with that ever familiar tap tap tap at the front door, to open it to a crowd of sugar crazed, dressed up, spooky little kiddies all ready to dive into a basket full of sweets!!! and then continue on their merry way to the next house to repeat the same little rehearsal of Halloween escapades!!! Halloween is such a new craze for me, and one I am beginning to learn about through the children of my own, and their excitement with it. The fact we live in a residential street in a multicultural London, there is no getting away from it. During my childhood we always lived in the middle of no where in the depths of the country side, that no one ever ventured off piste to visit unless invited, and Halloween never really featured, it was just one of those things that happened and people somewhere else were celebrating!!! However, since venturing into Motherhood in London, I have realised that Halloween is almost certainly a must. Its an excuse for a party, and who doesn’t love a party? big or small (I have seen some serious party decor in the past!!!) and whether it be spooky or fun or ridiculous its worth diving in and getting involved!!! Below are a few simple Halloween creative activities for your little ones to do to get them in the swing of things or even attempt at a kiddies Halloween party of your own…
